Having been a member of the Quantum Webring since it's early days, I
am finding myself a bit frustrated with a problem which has crept up
in recent times.
Visitors to www.dilwyn.me.uk are sometimes (seemingly randomly)
redirected to the webring hub, which is hugely annoying for visitors

websites, does the Webring continue to have a purpose?
My experience is that the first time I access Dilwyn's site I am redirected.
When I immediately access it a second time there is no problem,
