I seem to remember not being able to get the animated sprites to work under
EasyPtr 3 myself on a JS QL.
You might be having the same problem.

Creating animated sprites isn't that difficult with Easyptr 3, but it seems
that only the first definition of an animated sprite appears in a sprite
used as info-object or loose-object. Animated sprites are alright (even in
Prowess) to replace the pointer.
