taken to Ireland to work on the system software and having to work in
cold, unheated houses etc etc.

used it, though I seem to remember it
could only cope with a very limited number of typefaces and text size.

I've now added a 'generic' disk system manual to my website, suitable
for most disk interfaces using QJump-FLP-type systems. It's as a Word
.DOC file because of the inclusion of diagrams, but I do have a Quill
DOC file version plus QL PIC files for anyone not able to handle Word
files.

of the
day, drivers are largely filters which convert one form of data into
another. (Here's a block of QL graphics in memory, convert it into
Epson bit image data mr printer driver sir)

...Easyptr only allows 8 character sprite names and 64x48

The last one is not correct. I can load without problems very large
true colour sprites into as well the old Easymenu as the new
Easymenu (by Marcel).
It looks a bit strange

Just a thought in passing to prevent all this rubbing salt into old
wounds and these matters going round and round in circles all the

easily made available to C programmers too.
Does this fall into the parameters of what you were looking for

Not if it isn't made available.

Want me to wend you a text file with the changes?
Wolfgang
I've taken what's on your website, unless you have more?

more non-members cannot!
Exactly! There are plenty of lurkers on this list too, so let's see
what we can come up with, would be great to hear from members on this
list who don't write that often!

Hey - I'm willing to accept anything as payment - though preferably
only

new freezer...

OK, I'll test this by ordering a program from you. 20 best Welsh sheep
in the post to you tonight ;-)
