Sorry if this is a silly question!
We are using qmail but somehow we can not check our
mail under mailstart.com say. Is there a setting I should put that will
allow this to happen.

out, port 110 secure (SSL): no server error: 0x800ccc90, error number. I
think this has something to do with the IP Addresses the ppp user is
assigned. Please help?
