I just upgraded my main mailserver, and suddenly I'm getting several
(ie, a dozen or two) of these errors each day, out of possibly a thousand
or two thousand messages:

My MTA is qmail+clamed+qmail-scanner1.24;
But some wrong with qmail-scanner, sometime it's overflow
messages.log:

We also faced this error when installed qmail scanner
with clamav, spam assassin in a Mandrake9.1 machine (Production Server).
