That's more of what the RBL is for -- if you want to take that step. The RBL
is supposed to be a good list of sites that are producing spam, not that are
necessarily open relays at all.

FROM: name and other stuff.

to contact spammers' mail server administrators i have found it very
useful to have signed up with

they provide a form to paste the spam mail into and have all the necessary
DNS/whois lookups done
