It's been a long time since I upgraded qmailadmin/sqwebmail/vpopmail, but
I'm in the middle of bring up a new server wth the latest everything,
which means upgrading from:
qmailadmin 1.0.2 to 1.2.10
vpopmail 5.3.8 to 5.4.13
sqwebmail 4.0.3 to 5.1.2
I configured authentication as standard
Where are you storing the passwords? In mySQL? If so, are you moving from
version 3.x to version 4/5? The password encryption in 4/5 is different than 3.
You need to make a change in the mySQL config file to use the olde password
encryption routines.

My boxwas runningvpopmail 5.4.10 and qmailadmin 1.2.9. I see the all mail delete actually not working. It only generate one .qamil file with # delete.
When I look back to a old version of qmailadmin 1.0.x, actually the .qmail will be somehow different. You could see the mail is
