Could you please check if the mail is held into /var/qmail/simscan/
That's what I start noticing ... the DATA transaction is not ended so
simscan wont report anything
mail is never delivered ...
just check the simscan folder . I am really interested to know if the
mails are held

then after 20minutes knocked out
