You may read the TOS for fiber based broadband, check if it says something

Anyway a static IP adress assigned is recommended if Lyse do not have rd
so the way forward is to contact Lyse.no to set my PTR record to
2.141.234.84.IN-ADDR.ARPA IN PTR jforce.no
and mail servers sending to olerud.no (where the error reported
occured) will not get this error?

Yep, and forget you domains etc regarding rdns.
You should only request rdns for your ip (iprange if you have)

Your mailbox on the server is now more than 90% full. So
RDNS can be only setup by your internet provider.
When this has been setup properly, you will have a PTR records hostname
pointing to your ip adress.
