You have to ask your ISP for reverse DNS for your IP.
Only the ISP can set it, this thread regarding rdns getting rather old.
Du må får din internett leverandør til å sette opp RDNS for din IP
adresse.
Kun internett leverandøren din kan sette opp rdns.

I always use horde groupware webmail edition. It is easy to install,
configure and use.
The next time I have to install it I will create a step-by-step guide
to include in the wiki.
And I remember to use some sort of hack to enable user password-change
inside horde.

Nice list. It would be more useful to me to have a list of perceived pros and
cons in regard to qmail setup and over all usage.
I wouldn't have time to check them all out, but I bet someone has :)
Thanks,
Nigel

I'll believe it when I see it. Will you post a log message showing
DENIED_RBLMATCH with this address? Perhaps that would shed some light on
your trouble.
# qmlog -lc 165.21.21.188 smtp
should find where this happened in your log.
smtp]# grep DENIED * |grep 165.21.21.188

I wouldn't turn off rDNS checking entirely. Those filters catch quite a
bit of actual spam. It's just as easy to whitelist the relevant IP
addresses (just add them to the /etc/spamdyke/whitelist_ip file).
