I was able to get all three scripts working on the latest qmailtoaster.
They each use a dbm file to rate-limit/avoid-looping.
The perl was 20 years old, so I had to change some regex stuff. They all used
$* = 1 to allow multi-line matching.

Looks like a clamav rejection. If these emails are going to specific
users you can turn off clamav for that user. This is not the greatest
approach.
Another approach would be to whitelist for clamav. I found several sites
