I don't know why you do it that way. I have BB users who simply access
the QMT via IMAP. There's no need I see of to FWD to any BB accounts.
Perhaps you're trying to avoid having to configure an additional email
account (for QMT) on the BBs.

What sort of volume does it process (how many active sessions typical)?

The clients are varied,
Outlook express, Outlook, Macintosh Mail, Microsoft Entourage ( OSX )
All have smtp authentication set to User name Password

Try this:
Remove all but TWO files from the directory where you unzipped the files,
KEEP these two : *.vmdk and *.vmx
Go back to your Vmserver or Vmplayer, click on edit virtul machine
settings
Remove the CDROM. Save and restart the VM
The files removed earlier will be re-created.
