This is what I put in my SPF.
v=spf1 a mx:jqfnet.com ip4:167.206.4.0/24 -all
At first I didn't think you could put the whole subnet, just the ip of
each mta's but Erik mentioned that I could Sure it's not 100%
perfect, but it should work great. At least SPF is working even
sender hosts)
so i guess there is nothing i can do?

yours. For example:
