[qmailtoaster] Maildrop not installed per default

Hi List, I just remarked that maildrop is not currently installed with the install script. When migrating from an old toaster, maildrop is generally used in .qmail-files for spamfiltering. If /usr/bin/maildrop is missing.. --Andreas
