You need to install the cert on your machine. Does the /etc/hosts have the name
of your machine can you try to ping that name to see if it resolves?

Keep in mind in the USA that provider like att or Comcast do not allow you to
go out on port 25. You could do ssh forward and then use local host port 25.

I had issues with IMAP as well where I had to remove my account from my iPhone
and reads it and then it worked. It happens to few of my emails clients.

I would suggest to stop httpd normally when I saw something like that in one of
my old server that i now displaced and replaced with CentOS 7 the user found
that loop to send. I would enable debug on all outgoing which is how I found
that hole.

For that i had to fix my ptr and make sure the name matches. Once i fixed that
and I also added dmark and added google to my trust dns records looks like it’s
not going into spam and mail gets delivered just fine.

So the question here is CentOS 8 eol is 2021 not sure it’s even worth that
route. Anyhow that could be a totally diff topic but CentOS 7 looks to have a
longer support life now.

download the file from a centos 7 and copy it over to the new box use that and

That depends on how many emails traffic etc you are going to have even a free
tier should be pretty good no extra specific drive just the same you want. What
are you using to deploy the vm? I just wrote a terraform that deploys a basic

Hello I just installed the great qmt all working I wonder if there are some
options to integrate the sieve plugin with Dovecot. I also notice that when I
create a domain it does not all anything about the DSPAM. I did it manually to
a user and that works.. what’s the best option to enable it
