Hello everyone,
Thank you for your replies. I have taken Miralax, Senna tea, milk of Magnesia,
prune juice etc. My Difficulty is caused by the amount of opiates I am taking
for pain. Right now my regimen includes:
Miralax (double doses when I am constipated as now)
Bisacodyl • Magic Bullet
Wow, Bill. I just don't know what to say at this point. I think a doc is called

Once I got Constipated or had blockage and my doctor ordered some liquid ( I
can't remember the name ) but me and wife were laughing because it looked just
like the plastic containers that car oil comes in---you know the plastic type
with the little neck and pour spout most auto stores sell???
I think the stuff they give you for the hard core blockage is called magnesium
citrate, I could be wrong. I would drink miralax everyday, double the
bisacodyl, eat the fiber cereal, lots of water, prune juice, any kind of
exercise. Make sure your care giver is removing the hard stool to get to
I've had that problem in the past and has lasted for like a couple of weeks.
Ever since I changed my diet I haven't had that problem anymore, I became a
vegetarian, almost vegan. I avoid dairy and bread as much as possible. Lots of
greens help a lot.

Wow, peeps, Paxil is the only one I can take. I take I think 20 mg every night
at bedtime. It lets me sleep every night with no bad effects so far. Had bad
dreams last night but that is rare.

Whenever I've had a similar situation I use a little more magnesium
citrate. It eventually works its way through my system.
Good luck.

Magnesium citrate upsets my husband’s stomach and he can’t handle it. Has
