Ditto, to Jeff. I have about the same problem and handle it the same way.
Usually it's because I've been doing too much talking,, talking why eating
or eating too fast.
If your breathing and/or cardiovascular system has been affected, diminished
due to your disability, then it happened because you aren't breathing while
eating. Try eating more slowly or take a couple bites and then take a break or
eat while you are tipped back.
