My weight goes up and down all the time. I'm 6ft3 inches tall, but on several occasions my weight has dropped to 125-135. Mostly, I'm around 170-180. I try to keep calories around 1500. As ugly as I am I never think about the quad gut. That's like Quasi-Motto worrying about athletes foot.
