I don't know how common it is for quads to get lightheaded while eating, but I do have the problem occasionally. Usually when I'm eating something that is really chewy. I find if I recline in the wheelchair for a couple minutes my blood pressure goes back up and I can resume eating. That

I ordered a new headset to use with Dragon and it was delivered four days ago and I had to wait until today that have someone come visit me to plug it in and eexchange it for the one I currently use on my hhead (good luck getting anyone who works in a nursing home to take the time to help). .

If your breathing and/or cardiovascular system has been affected, diminished due to your disability, then it happened because you aren't breathing while eating.  Try eating more slowly or take a couple bites and then take a break or eat while you are tipped back.  From: Raymond Kelly
