I was under the impression that you could sue VR thru the State Advocates
Group listed in the back of your VR book.
Consider making contact with your local Indepedent Living Center. If you

Originally that standing w/c was bought by Dept. of Vocational Rehab. (DVR) in
1997. In 2004 I took DVR to a fair hearing to get this w/c replaced.
