Does anyone know who I can contact to get Oklahoma Dept. of Human Services (ODHS) to get my old Medically Necessary standing wheelchair replaced. Originally that standing w/c was bought by Dept. of Vocational Rehab. (DVR) in 1997. In 2004 I took DVR to a fair hearing to get this w/c replaced.
