I usually "make a run for it". One time I went to a concert and the guy I was
with lent me his poncho. It was meant for hiking with a backpack, so it fit
over my head rest AND it covered my feet! I keep meaning to get one for myself
... someday I will! LOL

On a couple of occasions, I've needed to go out in a bit of rain or drizzle.
I'm thinking about buying some rubber boots, and maybe a poncho or a number
of disposable ponchos. Made in the lecture piece of plastic or something to
cover my legs and keep them dry.
How do you guys stay warm and dry
