I'd like a comparison between the video capture capabilities between
say, :
a Q630, 62/63xx and 6500 when each has the optional RCA and/or cable
TV-in ports and something like a 7500 or 7600 that already has that
built in.
Are there differences in how big the on screen picture can be, how
For my utter stupidity I apologise unreservedly.
Vincenzo,
I got ARA 4 to work by keeping it not actually in, but nearby, the Quad.
My drag-install experiment involved dragging another Mac near the Quad.
Although the other computer has OS 9.2.2 and even OS X, the Quad still ran
smoothly.
OS 8.1 (can use higher OS parts eg ARA from OS 9.x
You mean instead of using OT/PPP 1.0 you drag-installed ARA 3.x or 4 onto a
Quadra? That even works? What's next, Open Transport higher than 2.0?

I use Pegasus Mail on my PC and I wouldn't
be without it.
I've used their Mac client. It's not bad, but it
doesn't compare to Eudora Light either.
Nathes, I remember using Pegasus back
when all I had was a PC, and remember it
being OK at the time. FYI the Mac version is no
more, however.
... one of mine, anyway.
You've got a Mac running 7.1 because of its
small size and speed. You want a simple
email client also small and fast.
Ability for two acounts would be nice, but not
absolutely necessary.
Ability to smoothly handle Rich Text would be
a plus because the user won't
