It is the proper way to do it. Just because you haven't heard of problems doesn't mean that there weren't any. When the URL is long like some of the ones that span two or three lines it really makes a difference. At least if there are problems in spite of the fact that you followed the protocol it isn't your fault then. Can you be more specific? the pickle Despite the warning that friends don't let friends use PeeCee's, I received a file from a friend with the suffix .mpg QuickTime says it can't open it. Can anything? If it's an MPEG-encoded video, try Sparkle. If that and QuickTime don't work, then I'm fresh out of ideas. One of those features three buttons (two are user-programmable methinks); and the other is my very favorite, called the Little Mouse because it is small and cute. These pointing devices are VERY COOL. They work with a reflective, metal mouse pad, are long-lasting and maintenance-free, and very accurate. Mouse Systems no longer produces these, but they do appear on eBay occasionally.
