I have a quagga1.2.2
my topology is as following
the quagga doesn't seem to advertise to cisco. But the cisco advertises its
routes to the quagga.
When i open port 179 on the quagga, the connection closed.
"Connection closed by foreign host."
Also i ran tcpdump for port 179 on the quagga

I have 2 providers. Also I have 2 routers. These routers have an ibgp
between eachother.
If i set smaller local-preferences value for a quagga, The quagga sends
much less prefix to other bgp router as following;
On the other router ( 10.29.126.29 )
