I got the same problems stated above too. I wonder if everyone using R3.2 does
the same. It's annoying especially on the NetworkManager applet 'out of screen'
part, eventhough I can still using cli methods. I have discover another problem
when restarting some domain (especially netVM):

Used Qubes 3.2, and now 3.1 (Fedora 23) on a Eurocom Sky DLX7 with unlocked,
but not OC'd, Intel Core i7-6700K and 64G RAM.
I've had no hardware issues to date, other than not getting the Nvidia drivers
to install correctly. I want to run multiple monitors off the GeForce GTX 970M
and keep
Hello,
it's simple in the installation I can deactivate Tor, so I'm fine!

Its really an alternative to gpg verification, not an additional step.
The doc doesn't
Hello,
I like to adapt the encryption paramters like documented under:
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/encryption-config/
I pressed if I see the language selection screen:
Ctrl+Alt+F2
But it seems that the system don't show any response any more - I just see a
black scree and a flashig
Hello,

The Installationsprocess was starting fine.
(Why the USB crashed the ISO checking I have no glue)

There is talk that Ethernet is more secure than WiFi, due to the complexity of
WiFi.
So, my laptop only has WiFi.
If I were to remove the WiFi chip, and use a USB Ethernet adapter, do you think
that would be more secure..?
Something like this:
Does anyone use a CPU from the current Skylake-Generation, or maybe even a
i7 6700k?
I bought the hardware a couple weeks ago, and just tested it with Qubes
3.2, and it quit works.
Just the performance is a mess.
There are constantly small laggs, which I don't have with an older Core i5

Hello,
I downloaded Qubes R32 and verified it, all seems ok.
I copied the ISO on an USB stick via DD (Rufus Tool) and rebooted the system to
install R32.
Error:

What can I do to install R32?

Documentation says to check digests after I verified an .iso with gpg. Why?
Doesn't correct PGP signature mean, that .iso is good and came from Qubes
developers?

Congratulations! The updated graphics driver is very welcome, finally my screen
brightness works and I'm sure it'll be more stable.
One issue is my sys-wifi which uses an Intel wireless card. This worked
perfectly in the 3.1 but now I get a kernel crash in the module responsible for
my card,
Does anyone know of any computer that has read-only firmware..?
I'm talking, just about anything that could have a virus written to it.
Stuff like
1. BIOS
2. GPU
3. Ethernet
4. Mouse
5. Keyboard
etc
I want this system because then if it is infected, then all I need to do is
wipe the HDD
Hello,
I can adapt the columns in the file manager (right mouse click on the header of
this table) and choose accessed.
If I (or someone) will copy this or all files, than the accessed date (accessed
time seams missing), is now shown.
But this could be reading, writing, or copying the file.
Hello,
assume you have a top secret document with only one digial orignal file (just
for an easy imagination).
If there was a counter, which shows how many copies have been made from this
file, than for every simple user it will be obvious, is some file was copied or
not, or more precise how

I'm trying to figure out if this is a veiled threat of some kind...?
FWIW, I've booted from USB drives while Qubes was installed internally
before. I'm under the impression that lots of people here have done so.
