After creating an AppVM, I experimented with making it (the basis of) a
disposable VM, but then un-did the settings and went back to using it as
a regular AppVM.
Unfortunately it's still showing up in the applications launcher menu as
a Disposable VM, and the menu items no longer work for
Qubes 4 Works seamlessly

The problem was that instead of using Linux dd comand, I used BalenaEtcher
in Windows.
Now with dd, everything is fine!!

In the initial Qubes boot screen instead of selecting "Install Qubes", if I
select "Test this media & install Qubes", installer goes on until the first
screenshot ("Language selection") and it stucks there

So I was able to boot Qubes as a regular kernel, without Xen, and the
codec is properly detected as Realtek ALC3234. Same exact kernel, same
