I'm trying to install the CentOS template, and cannot. I failed both with
getting the community template and trying to build one with qubes-builder. I'm
using Qubes V4.0. I've had no trouble building Debian based templates (bionic,
buster).

the desktop notification still says cannot start after "60" seconds and `time

Thanks for weighing in. I’m mainly after the Xen hypervisor capabilities
and I found out that Arch can use Xen as well, so I’ve been trying to get
that up and running. Still no luck, but I feel like I’m making progress...

Is anyone experiencing this issue on resume (VMs being killed randomly
apparently due to clock skew that generates kernel panic) ??
This is happening very often and it makes suspend useless.
I'm using a Lenovo T480s.
Any ideas are really appreciated!

The suggested changes broke X11,
but after removing the changes, the KDE display settings suddenly showed
resolutions up to Full-HD which is alread a huge improvement.
When I tried to get higher I run into the same issue as
