Do you dual boot with Windows?
If you do, the reason is that by default the Windows 10 installer will set the
/boot/efi partition to 100mb which... is really not enough space.
So keep that in mind. I made the changes and now it's happy.

So i just installed 4.0 and updated it, after I ran the update I rebooted.
I'm no longer able to boot into qubes, even using refid, I can see the EFI boot
string but it just shuts down the machine.

Has anyone been able to get an Intel 9260 working in 3.2? I just installed one
in my laptop the other day and Qubes can't seem to load it.
Dmesg return a firmware not found, when I go to download the firmware and move
it into /usr/lib/firmware sys-net fails to start.

I just grabbed a new xps15 and the installer is falling back to text mode. I'm
