the Qubes os certification, the Nitropad only meets them.They differ in

The Fhd-mod works for the x230, there is even a 13.3 inch version. It is
also possible to mod a x220 keyboard into an x230, i would suggest 230
for usb 3.0 and various other reasons:).
Also, its possible to install coreboot.

with the latest microcode-updates. Just make sure its correctly
configured to only accept updates signed by yourself.
Coreboot can/ will improve your security by a lot even with IME
untouched for a number of reasons,
Unfortunately, with coreboot (assuming you mean a security relevant
coreboot), there are none which fit your specs.However, its possible to
hack a 13.3 FHD display in an x230.
