So upon installation of Qubes I have set updating of TemplateVMs through Whonix
but now I'm actually stuck with it and I want to change it to updating through
just another AppVM.
Could anyone guide me to what commands I need to use in order to fix this? (I
actually wish this was an option in

I dont remeber qubes being so sluggish on a skylake laptop with 64Gb,
qubes is installed on a SSD, however it now seems to take an awful
long time to switch windows, change tabs in firefox and chhrome,
launch VMs
also note that screen rendering, i can actually watch web pages paint,

installing from an iso, creating a new, standalone HVM, I get offered a total
of three virtual disks called xvda, xvdb, and xvdc
What is the intended use for each of these?
If it is system, swap, and user, which disk for which purpose
Thanks

The security model of Qubes may not be what you want for a "server" primarily
due to the relative inaccessibility of an appVM from "outside".

Hey!
Does it make sense to install qubes OS as the server for the doctors
office and connect clients to it, or is it to complicated or even a bad
idea?

After I realised I had to clear the kernel entry, I can now see the machine
boot, but it hangs soon after it tries to display graphics. The graphic window
is open, and I can see the console log under the Q menu in the system tray.
Now I "just" have to figure out where I went wrong

I am also considering installing a standalone VM that is command-line only.
Once running I realise I can SSH into it from another VM (after appropriate
firewall settings). But during installation, how would I see and respond to
console output and input?
Or is this not possible?
Best regards,

Hi again and thanks for answers to Unman and Ivan.
My last question is about qubes.UpdatesProxy policy.
Now the dom0 is being updated through sys-whonix-14 but all vm templates are
being updated over sys-net.
Is it possible to update everything over TOR (sys-whonix-14) ?
How best to do this -
