I don't know if I mistakenly clear that boot loader. But I'm pretty sure that's
not related to qubes.
Do you think it is possible to recreate the boot partition or should I start
over with the install? Install is the worst scenario since I've been
configuring for a long time.

The only reason I can think to do so would be to boot Qubes as an
alternative OS, so I am guessing what you need is a multi-boot
configuration.
