[qubes-users] off topic - invite codes to 'riseup'
Sorry to bump something long dead, but I've recently started an activist group on my campus and while I know their canary hasn't been updated in some time and this means anything on riseup is potentially compromised, but I have a sizable group of undergraduates (most PoC, LGBTQ, and/or immigrants) that are interested in getting riseup email addresses. There has been a lot of doxxing and harassment on our campus and even if the authorities might have access to them it isn't likely that local neo-nazis will. I am looking for invite codes to give out to them so if you happen to have any extras please PM me and send them my way. You don't need to add the drivers during the install. Run through the install, and you will have a sys-net qube to which should be allocated your network devices. You should add the firmware to the Template on which the sys-net qube is based. Re: [qubes-users] qvm-run fails silently with chromium
Running execsnoop [1] in the AppVM while trying to start chromium may give you more insight into what is actually happening. Tracing observed behavior is often easier than digging through the source. Re: [qubes-users] fedora - mplayer (command line)

This seems a subject on its own in stand-alone fedora (f22 at least), and have qubes-fedora won't make it more easy, I fear. I could live with vlc as well, but it does not exist either. Does somebody have this problem before me? Thank you! Bernhard You can use a Debian template instead. It has media players and codecs readily available in its repository. [qubes-users] Adding NIC drivers to install
Hello All, I'm still having problems installing Qubes. Debian works apart from having to add firmware-bnx2_0.43_all.deb to the firmware directory when installing. As my issue with Qubes is networking is it possible for me to do the same with the Qubes install media? -- Best regards, Chris -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group.
