Once you have created your snapshot.sh file make sure that it is executable by
typing "chmod +x snapshot.sh" in the same directory as your snapshot.sh is
located, remove the quotations. Once you have taken a screenshot it should be
located in ~/Pictures. To execute the shell script you can use either of the
following or create a custom launcher:
./snapshot.sh
sh snapshot.sh
bash snapshot.sh

Did you assign your wireless device to the qube? Also make sure that you have

Did you try including "*" at the end of fedora23? It's not there in your pic.

There are some changes that you can make to your browser

In Firefox, type in "about: config" in the URL bar. When the page comes up,
enter "media.peerconnection.enabled" into the search bar. When it appears, set
that entry to "false" (this can be done by double clicking it, or by right
clicking and selecting "Toggle").

In Google Chrome a free extension has been made available for installation that
patches the issues. It can be downloaded here
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webrtc-network-limiter/npeicpdbkakmehahjeeohfdhnlpdklia?hl=en-US

I've created /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf in dom0 and placed the below
lines in it. Solved the tearing for me, but ymmv.

Section "Device"
   Identifier "Intel Graphics"
   Driver "intel"

EndSection

Create a new VM : Name it, click the NetVM button then choose a color and
template.

Change sys-firewall to your new sys-net vm and use networkmanager or other
means to establish connection.

Have you happened to try installing kmod-wl from Rpm Fusion? A few sources I
have looked up seem to have gotten it to work for them.

I created a clone of my fedora-24 template and called it fedora-24-plus and
then issued the following commands inside that template. Whether or not you
create a clone or not depends on your trust of RPM Fusion.
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled rpmfusion-free rpmfusion-nonfree
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
