I was messing around, and I figured out that the internet actually works on
sys-net when I add Firefox to it. However, on anon-whonix and any other vault,
the internet does not work. I have noticed that Firefox in sys-net is set to
use system proxy settings, but when I set that on Whonix or a cu
When I try to ping the router, "connect: Network is unreachable" appears.
I have a Whonix Gateway, and it cannot connect to Tor. I haven't run the
monitoring tools on it yet, and I don't believe I know how to (because I am
relatively inexperienced with this).
Running ifconfig on sys-net looks
Can you ping the router?
Can you ping your external IP?
Can you ping out from other Guests?
Do you have a Gateway or just the guest?
Have you run the monitoring tools on the gateway?
If you run 'ifconfig' do you have an IP?
If you run 'route', do you have any routes?
