Try the current-testing repo instead. It is unusual unstable isn't newer.

Do you have an option to install an encrypted LVM like that option in PARROT OS?
Not familiar with Parrot, but Qubes lets you encrypt the LVM when you
install.
Also, is the new RAZER BLADE RTX compatible with QUBES OS?
