My clock is not syncing and I can't figure out what the issue is. Any

I have created a USB install media using DD. (Qube V 3.2)
I have tested media with other older computers and it works.
The Laptop I am trying to install to is a;
#Acer predator G9-593-74N1
I have a "GeForce GTX 1070" Mobile chip.
i'm assuming the GFX card is the issue.
I can install via the TUI
templates. I hope support for Windows 10 happens soon.

I'm stuck on a dependencies issue with: python-sh

I have an Nvidia chip.
I can boot to the fallback installer when I select the troubleshooting option.
How ever I can't seam to get this installer to work.
Option (5) install medium.

Just installed Qubes R4.0 on my X1 Carbon Gen 6 to find this issue still
persists. Has anyone in this thread had any luck? I will not that I have not
yet connected the device to the internet and, thus, have not run any updates
for dom0.

By process of elimination, I was able to pinpoint the wakeup issue to sys-usb.
With further testing, I found that removing the USB-C Thunderbolt 3 Controller
from sys-usb's device list resolved the issue.

I could not get R4.1 to work so it forced me to install the rc5.
I tried the R4.2 latest kernel but had network errors after updating, which
is an issue on GitHub. This is install is with the default

Yes I know it's seems trivial but I'm rolling it out to relatively
inexperienced users and it never happened on any of my machines running R2,
R3.0 or R3.1 (all on KDE).
