What about using Cafe Press (http://www.cafepress.com) ? I've not used their CD facilities myself (though I've bought other stuff from stores they host), but they claim to produce actual CDs not CD-Rs and their prices are fairly reasonable for a service that is basically one-off---US$4.99 w/o
