Just submit your package, and you'll get an automated email to the old address.

unfortunately. Someone online said to just submit the update, CRAN will
send
I was checking the CRAN check page for my package BAS
https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_BAS.html
and saw that there has been an ERROR in the check status for
r-release-macosx-arm64 for (at least) the last 2 days. Looking at the check
results linked there the package fails
