Dear all,

II would like to kindly ask you for a hint. I am looking for the best option to estimate speciation rates (lambda) at each node of the given phylogeny. I used the BAMM methodics, but soon found out it is highly sensitive to priors and tree lenghts that I am looking for any other method. I found out several R packages and scripts (medusa, TESS, bd.ms), but these estimate the lambda for the entire tree, not for the nodes themselves. By the chance, do you have any hint how to estimate lambda for particular nodes?

Thank you so much in advance!

Yours,

Pavel Skaloud
