[Radiant] Different routes when in test mode vs. development mode?

Maybe I did something subtle and screwy, but I noticed that if I am running my Radiant site in test mode (./script/server -e test) and go to the admin page, I can see the list of pages, but if I click any of the links to edit a page, I get this: Unknown action No action responded to 5.
