That is easy. There is a problem with passenger, where it doesn't load the paths properly. You need to manually set the path to imagemagick, which is usually /usr/local/bin/convert (do a 'which convert' to be sure). Paperclip (the gem Paperclipped is based on) looks in 'usr/bin/convert' and

I have a problem where my PNG images are thumb'd, but not JPG. I installed the wrong IMageMagick, and had to re-install over it with the Mac OS ImageMagick. It's like the JPEG library files aren't being recognized. Anyways, any help on this would be appreciated!

Yes- re-install ImageMagick, the one for Mac/os X (didn't see a snow-leopard specific one). I also installed the snow leopard xcode libraries. I'm having issues with JPEG-thumbnailing, but PNG is fine. I've been putting off troubleshooting this- but I'm pretty sure it's all to do with IM and
