Hey Kevin. I'm also interesting to know different ways to deploy production ready Radiant app. Right now i'm using file_system http://ext.radiantcms.org/extensions/67-file-system and super_export http://ext.radiantcms.org/extensions/43-super-export extensions to version control and deploy app
