It sounds like you have not upgraded everything to Radiator 2.16.3. You will
need to upgrade first and then use the patched version of AuthRADIUS.pm only
with the 2.16.3 release.
I have tested it here with no problem.

I think you would be better off using Handlers, and setting up a specific
Handler for accounting requests from the proxy server:
