Dear all, My Radiator log isoften showing the entries like below. I also have verified that there is the Reverse mapping for all the IP pools that users get while they get connected to the NAS. Even for that NAS IP, there is Reverse DNS entry. Because of it, I guess my radiator

Hello Binaya - The problem is that you do not have a Client clause in your Radiator configuration file for the device at IP address 202.52.241.1 (or something similar). You will need to check a copy of the configuration file against a trace 4 debug showing what is happening. regards Hugh On

Hello Wesley - If the SQL database access times out, Radiator by default will wait 10 minutes before trying again. You can adjust the Timeout and FailureBackoffTime parameters in the AuthBy SQL clause. See sections 6.28.4 and 6.28.5 in the Radiator 3.6 reference manual. regards Hugh On

Thanks Hugh, It works exactly as desired. For reference I used Handler Realm=/foo.com.au$/ and it works correctly. I opted against using Handler Username=/foo.com.au$/ as some users log in without a realm and the (default realm) client clause adds it for them. Thanks again, Brian Morris
