Do you just mean weather conditions or a real weather radar ?
With the former I can help, just look at
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=68386 .
A weather radar is discussed in the thread as well, but an
implementation failed due to license restriction on weather-radar
displays on

No - iPlayer Radio works for both UK and non UK. Non UK listeners get
the same slow (typically 48k) links but now using better quality codec
AAC.
Right, that's great, so the answer is yes if I install iPlayer for my
BBC streams. Thanks.

I also don't miss Bay Area traffic ;-) (lived in East Bay for 6 yrs.)
It is nutz there. I just spent a week in SF in Sept., lot of fun but
crazy to get around when I was driving. By sheer luck I was there over
the Labor Day weekend when they closed the Bay
What does it say on the SBS Control Panel Diagnostics?
Did you try a network reboot? Unplug Radio router, reboot computer?

As I said, using a Mac. There's nothing called Control Panel, and no

Yes, as I said, SBS Control Panel Diagnostics, not a computer's
Control Panel. :)
The EU MySB server might just be down, dunno.
US VA server is up and

I'm new to this forum but I have seen the display you referenced. I am
talking about live weather radar that updates often. I can appreciate
licesning restrictions but it seems NEXRAD radar is available from a
host of sites and there are plenty of vendors making use of it for my
iPod Touch. Why
Have a look at this site as an example of what I'm saying:

They're using NWS radar and giving you a way to post it on your own
webpage.
Isn't this the right idea?

I followed your link and see that they use a weather data from
www.weather.gov / NWS.
After searching a bit in the usage conditions, I realize that this data
is indeed public domain (http://www.weather.gov/disclaimer.php)

I made some adjustments. I still have the SB on my nightstand. I wired
it to my stereo using the headphone jack. When I want to listen to it
LOUD, I just hook up the headphone jack. Other times, I just disconnect
it and listen to it normally. I know this may sound dumb, but it works

And if SBS Control Panel (right click small icon when SBS is running
on a PC) is not on a MAC build I do apologize.
You mentioned control panel in your initial post, I presumed you meant
SBS Control Panel. :)
Good luck. :)

The switching is supposed to happen seamlessly when your server isn't
found, but there is also a menu option under Settings Advanced
Diagnostics, which you can promote to the home menu under settings
Home menu.
Don't know about the alarm issue. If you can repeat it, I would suggest
filing a

Small correction... it's found under Settings Advanced
Does anyone think theres enough horespower to run openvpn on the radio.
Is this a crazy idea? I don't know. If a low power router can run it
I'd think the radio could?

I have the same issue as mrthreeplates. My receiver and boom are
available, but I cannot see my new Radios. I have 2 radios, neither is
an option in SBS to select and control. All software has been updated.
To be honest I just got the Radios so I am not sure if this would have
ever worked
I received the red Radio last week from Amazon.com in the US. It was
backordered a few weeks whereas the black Radio shipped immediately. So
I now have one of each. The red is definitely less likely to show the
dirt. But it definitely is a bright red! Certainly cheerful but my wife
does not
Update, this is repeatable and appears to have nothing to do with
favorites (only presets).
After a clear and rescan, the albums title are fine.
Then pressing a preset assigned to an album, it seems to zap the
title in the SBS database as noted earlier.
Note that I'm not sure if it is by
lost the presets again... this is definitely busted...

I filed a bug on this a long time ago, during Touch and Radio beta
testing. Apparently it was never fully fixed, as the part about the web
interface not being able to see players attached to mysb.com was never
addressed.
