Having shut down every programme on my laptop and re-started, the whole
thing now works as expected. Thank you all for offering help; very
much appreciated.
I've only just acquired this radio from a friend so it's all quite new

although it now shows in Favorites it doesn't play :(
Using mysqueezebox.com->settings->favorites when the 'Favorites' list
was empty, I was able to add one radio station.
Since then I have been unable to add another radio station to the
favorites list using mysqueezebox.com->settings->favorites. I can
enter the details but when I click on the

An old friend gave me a Squeezebox Radio which I reset to factory
settings and set it up for my account at mysqueezebox.com.
When looking at the Home page on the website it suggested an "upgrade"
to UE Smart Radio. That was the biggest misnomer I've seen in a long
time: UE Smart Radio is not in
Allegedly according to mysqueezebox.com on Windows changing to UE Smart
Radio was a good thing so I carried out the "upgrade".
I hate it and want to change back to Squeezebox radio. In
Settings->Advanced there is an option "Switch to Squeezebox". I've
tried to use it but nothing happens!

My apologies for the delay in
Classic FM shows up in the list of radio stations but, when selected, it
says "Connection reset by remote host". However, the indicator saying
it's tuned into Classic FM 100.4 runs across the top of the screen but
there's no sound!
