If using LMS your players will not connect directly with MySB.com
online. You must tell the player to switch away from LMS or not have
LMS running when you select online stations or services.

Are you running a local SqueezeBox server program on your computer?
i.e. Do you have access to your own locally stored music files?
If yes, what computer & OS? What version of the server program?
Or do you only use the players for Internet Radio and online services?

Sorry to be thick, but I don't think I am understanding how to switch
between LMS and mysqueezebox.com. If I select 'internet radio' is it
switching to 'mysqeezebox.com' and therefore the presets, or is there
some other thing you have to do?
I keep pressing 'internet radio' but getting nothing.

Possibly. I wasn't getting anything on the radio so I did a factory
reset and set them again on the radio, but how do you set the presets
on LMS. Is this something you do on the computer or on the radio?

By chance are you switching the Radio between your local LMS server and
MySB.com server online? If yes, the Presets are unique for each
server.
So either do not switch servers or program the same Presets on each
server.
Just a guess if this might be your problem. :)

Got radio for Xmas but it keeps losing the presets. Having struggled
with an SB3 for several years I really wanted the radio to 'just work',
but I have now reset the presets 3x. Is there a way to avoid the problem
or have I got a faulty radio?
