Okay I am guessing, both channels mono, mixes the 2 channels together
and then sends that mixed audio to both physical channels?

Separating the channels did not help
What did work for me:
disabling ax radio on 2.4channel. So only a,g,b,n
This seems to work, a couple days stable.
Previously was using the vonnets Ethernet adapter, which worked for
months, but the radio just started to become unstable and needs a reboot
So in the release notes there is this:
>>Add both channels mono output channel mode support.
Is this related to the server settings/player>audio?
Both channels stereo
Both channels mono
So for the radio is both channels stereo different than both channels
mono?
In both cases the radio only
Hello,
Today I came home and the radios want to upgrade to 7.7.3.
I have been running the 7.7.8 server and radio for months with no
changes to my system.
Why are the radios asking to update firmware to 7.7.3 and is it okay
since my server is 7.7.8?
Why did the radios ask to upgrade today and
Hello,
I think I have found two settings that make things work.
So to recap, I do have other wifi devices that do NOT exhibit this
behavior, (Tivo, Wireless scale, squeezebox touch, etc all retain
network connection over time and do not need to be power cycled to
work)
Router is: ASUS RT-AC66U,
Hello,
So I am trying to see if the problem is having more than 1 radio.
I physically turned off 1 of the two radios yesterday.
And so far the 1 radio which is currently powered, but on standby, has
NOT lost connection to wifi.
I see it on the network, and I can turn it on and place it into
Okay, I will try next to set channel to 9 and leave both radios powered
and see what happens.

This is my experience with two squeezebox radios sync'ed such that 1 is
left and 1 is right.
Once a song has started, sync is always good, can not detect any drift,
if there is drift or not, whether music is local on my server, or
streaming youtube.
But, going to next song is iffy.

If the radios are left in standby (is this the correct term? this is if
I have hit the off button) over night, or during the day while we are
not home, they will drop off and not be visible in the iPeng or logitech
controller iPhone apps, and when I turn on by physically hitting the
on button,
Okay, both radios do have a battery, but they they are plugged into the
wall for power.
When I say standby, I mean they have the clock, not that they are
completely dark.
And no, no matter how long I wait they do not regain wifi, they must be
turned off and on.

It's no gimmick: I two of these SB radios synced as a left+right pair in
my fairly large kitchen which has one side open to the living room - and
the sound quality is fairly good. Quite a step up from just having a

Hello,
So lets say I power cycle a squeezebox radio. When it turns on it
defaults to the top most menu.
Then lets say I remote control it with ipeng on my Iphone, I choose
music and have the radio play the music selection.
The squeezebox radio itself stays on the main menu.
If the squeezebox
