If you switch back, won't you lose the ability to play iHeart radio
stations? That's the exact reason why I updated to the UE firmware.
And, if I remember right, you could update or revert right from the unit
itself.
Does iHeartRadio still work on the UE Smart Radio?

Some stations do and some don't. I recently lost my favorite morning
news/talk station and it really pissed me off.

Bpa actually quoted me. I didn't lose any favorites or other settings.
It's that the whole damned thing doesn't work for playing anything at
all.

Not using LMS. I only "updated" to UE because my local station ( WAEB AM

A user of this forum contacted someone at Logitech and the
uesmartradio.com website was experiencing problems yesterday and today.
It looks like they corrected most, if not all of the problems because
all of my menu items and favorites, previously missing, are now back -

Ok, great, so won't that cause my iHeart radio stations to stop working,
which is why I updated to UE in the first place?
Ah. I was wondering because iHeartRadio was telling some people they (!)
were discontinuing Smart Radio support a while ago.

And that's why I'll very likely be going with another manufacturer for a
new internet radio sooner rather than later. And, to add insult to
injury, the
My SBR has quit working for a couple of days, now. It won't connect at
all and the icon is red, which indicates the Logitech server is down.
We do indeed have an issue on uesmartradio.com right now. I'll look into
it asap.

A while back, when the UE Smart Radio software was offered, I replaced
the software on my Squeezebox radio with it. Yesterday, I saw that I no
longer have any of the preset radio favorites or the ability to find
radio stations. When you go to the UE Smart Radio website, my radio is
still there

I've actually discussed this before with Logitech over the phone. And,
over time, radio stations quit playing and give a "connection reset by
remote
The problem is not Logitech but the station who have moved to iheart and
iheart restrict access. LMS has never had iheart support. Connection
reset really mean the the far end doesn't reply.

As I said above, I'm running UE Smartradio, not LMS. That's what we had
to do to get
Just run LMS and flash it back to Squeezebox firmware. Works fine.

Same here and I didn't update anything recently. I updated to UE a long
time ago and one of my regular stations just quit working with the same
"connection reset" error. In fact, my piece of crap SBR doesn't even
work at all now. I can't get a connection at all and the icon is red.
