I have the latest BBC Iplayer plugin and the radio 4 extra option fails
to load - the URL that it is parsing is out of date as it still tries
to locate Radio 7 - is there a manual way to change the url on the
server ?

Can you confirm which version you have and what
Still not able to listen to Radio 4 Extra in real time. The icon appears
in the list, but selecting it, I get a '404 not found' error with a url,
which I can't write down, as it disappears so fast. The last bit I
notice, does mention something about bbc7.

With the release of 7.5.4 I loaded it today and this has resolved the
problem. I now see the full set of options and the bottom of the
screen is as Peter314's post. Radio4 Extra works.
It does beg the question why the set of options was reduced, however.
Thanks all.

You probably disabled the Extension Downloader plugin which is what
creates the more complex plugin page. If this happens again just
enable it.

Thanks for the image, this is helpful. I do not have this.
This is all I can see. You'll see that the scroll bar is fully down,
sitting on the Down arrow.

Yeah, you are missing all kinds of UI info like description of each
plugin, dependencies to other plugins, author and contact links, etc..

Refresh alway goes back to Basic Settings so click on Plugins Tab.
On the Plugins tabs - make sure you can see the bottom arrow of the RHS

With the bottom of the scroll bar sitting on the bottom arrow (just

Click and hold mouse on the arrow that is just above and slightly to

I have done as suggested and the screen still concludes in xPL

I have tried using Internet Explorer, and a different PC to talk to the

Any further thoughts, per chance?

I have no ideas for you. It has worked fine for me on IE and FireFox
for the past year or so.
It is there, if you can figure out why your browsers are not displaying
this correctly. :(

I cannot see Radio 4 Extra and thought that plugins kept themselves
up-to-date automatically.
I'm on iPlayer v1.1.13, can someone point me to the update plug-in
location, I can't see it? Thanks.

Since BBC7 has become Radio 4 Extra, do I need to do something to update
my squeezebox? The icon is still showing as BBC7, and yesterday, I
seemed to have all the early morning programs listed, then it jumped to
22.30, with nothing in between. Has anyone any ideas?

Robm1955
Have you installed the latest iPlayer plugin udpdate? I did this
yesterday and Radio 4 Extra is now a menu item in iPlayer (immediately
after Radio 4 LW).

Yes, it's a BBC problem. There is some discussion of it in the 3rd Party
Plugins section.
